San Francisco minimum wage increase

San Francisco’s minimum wage increases today.

Effective May 1, 2015, the minimum wage for employees working in San Francisco is now $12.25 per hour. This is an increase from $11.05 per hour, which had been in effect since January 1, 2015. The next increase will take place on July 1, 2016, at which time the minimum wage will rise to $13 per hour.
